Christa’s background in the restorative arts began by wanting to understand and improve her health challenges through therapeutic massage. She moved to the beautiful mountain valley of Glenwood Springs in 2001 from Arizona. Christa is the owner of Returning Balance Therapies, LLC.
Christa also has experience assisting many physicians in several alternative fields of medicine. She believes the client and therapist work best as a team, and that her responsibility is to provide her clients and students with the best techniques and tools for an optimal lifestyle.

Kami Miranda has been a professional massage therapist since 2000 and has trained in various modalities throughout the years. She started her career in craniosacral and prenatal massage while simultaneously working as a birth doula. Her practice has evolved into assisting clients to gracefully handle and manage their life transitions and transformations. This process integrates body work, mindset work, physical activity and nutrition to challenge the client to push through their own barriers and long-established glass ceilings.

Bridget is a licensed Therapeutic Massage Therapist who enjoys helping people get back to their activities. Bridget grew up an athlete and became intrigued after taking college courses in anatomy and physiology. It was then that Bridget knew she wanted to work with the body.
Her professional bodywork journey began when she attended the Aspen Massage Institute in 2019. After certification of 500 hours, Bridget began working at a spa and a salon in Aspen helping people relax and recover from outdoor mountain activities. She also has education in cupping therapy.”I really enjoy working with athletes with Sports massage. I am excited to be a part of the Returning Balance team as I continue to grow and help others on their healing journey.”
I am a licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping people restore balance in both body and mind. I’ve spent many hours providing therapeutic and relaxation massage, and I specialize in techniques that support healing from injuries as well as everyday stress and tension.
My career grew out of a deep interest in holistic health and wellness, and I’m committed to creating a safe, restorative space for every client. At Returning Balance, my goal is to help individuals recover mobility, reduce pain, and return to their daily lives with greater ease.
Outside of my work, I love spending time in the Colorado mountains, where I find inspiration and balance in my own life. I’m passionate about self-care, family and learning new things about health and wellness.
Catherine (Cat) facilitates the experience of the “waking up” process and enables one to experientially remember who they are with light and unconditional love utilizing her wide range of professional and certified training. Clients can experience a wide range of techniques that facilitate healing for chronic illnesses and dis-ease. She has held a professional private practice in the Roaring Fork Valley in Colorado for over two decades and continues her work in Glenwood Springs at Returning Balance Therapies during the summer, as well as being able to assist clients with Remote Healing anywhere in the world.
She Currently resides in Mexico with her pup Pecas, and has continued her energy medicine practice for 13 years. Cat travels to clients as well as instructing classes and group events. She holds certifications in Massage Therapy, Reiki Usui Master, and Usui Tibetan Reiki Master and Instructor; Certified in Healing Touch and Healing Touch Partnerships, Hypnotherapy, specializing in Past Life Regression and Life Between Life sessions. She also brings to the table The BARS work, breathing techniques, Tuning Forks, ,vibrational music and binary beats, Cranial Sacral Movement, Axiatonal Alignment, Focusing, Therapeutic Touch, Reflexology, Aroma Therapy, and also certified in Healing Touch for Animals.
Catherine enjoys studying science and has also recently studied Mastering Alchemy for 3 years, and with Matias de Stefano for 2 years. Her continuous training in Quantum Physics, Vibrational Alchemy has allowed many new techniques and skills into Cat’s healing practice.
Learning and understanding Quantum Physics, (in relation to vibration and frequency), new and leading-edge science on a daily basis is important to me, and I also address my own issues which allows me to discover how to implement this knowledge into my private practice experientially.
Our NEW location is 1834 Grand Ave Glenwood Springs, CO, 81601. For any of you who are familiar with Glenwood Springs, the new location is where the Red Chair used to be. Returning Balance Therapies has finally found its permanent location! Very easy to find on Grand Avenue just above “The 19th Street Diner”. We have plenty of off-street parking for your convenience.
