Finding Peace Within

Peace Within Creates Peace Without

What does this mean when we say peace within creates peace without? You may have heard theacceptance-inner-peace quote before, “As within, so without”. What this means is that all is created from inside ourselves first, then we can experience peace outside ourselves through acceptance.

Most folks would not argue the point that a peaceful world would be a better place to live in for all of life. We are very accustomed to focusing outside ourselves and perhaps wishing things would be different and hoping for change. At times many feel hopeless on how to create change when our views of world events can seem so devastating and fearful. We also may have hard feelings about ourselves as well. It’s very challenging to love yourself when you do not feel that you are enough.
When our minds are in turmoil or arguing with our friends and loved ones this creates conflict within our minds and emotions.  When we cannot find peace within ourselves we will never be able to create and experience the perspective of peace in the outside world. Whether it be with our close friends and families or our views on the state of the entire world itself, we must find peace within ourselves first.

How Can We Find Peace Within?

The only way to discover peace within yourself is to focus inside yourself. Some may call this meditation. It matters not, simply bring your awareness and attention inside to your heart-meditationheart. Breathe slowly and deeply to your belly.
Let’s face it, the only thing we can really ever change is the way we think and feel. Unbeknown to most folks, however, this is the key to manifesting everything we want to experience. This is where the real change happens. It all comes from within our internal selves.

So, why is this such a Challenge?

It’s called polarity. There are always at least two sides to a ton of stories stored in our neural pathways. After all,  we are Homo Sapiens Sapiens.  As human beings, we have been programmed and also allowed in and created belief systems that make us want to defend who we are, to be right, and protect what we have. When we feel threatened in any way we become angry or resentful and peaceful feelings are no longer present. We can actually resist peace just to be right!

When we have the courage to focus on our lower vibrational “stuff” and take a good look at whyOpen-the-heart we think and feel the way we do; only then can we see ourselves, recalibrate, and be more gentle and kind with ourselves allowing peace within. Truly learning to love all of the parts of ourselves. When we love what we call the negative parts they shift!
This self-work will lead to the path of transcendence and new perspectives of ourselves. Our perspectives of the outside world will then correspond to our new views. This is a challenge because we usually want to point the finger away from us in blame and not take responsibility for what we think and how we feel.

Where the mind goes the energy flows. The only way to find peace within is to bring ourselves to Energy-flows-Attenting-Goesour center; to then remain on our axis by focusing inside, connecting, and syncing our heart and brain to become coherent, meaning on the same wave or frequency. When we can do this with energies of love and peace we will see life change in miraculous ways.
Don’t believe me, yet, try it out for yourself! Consistency will be key here.
And soon it’s just your norm!
Perspective is everything.
Peace within, Peace Without.
