Conscious Gratitude Shift

Gratitude Shift… What does gratitude shift feel like? What does it mean to shift into gratitude on a consciousHealth-Wellness level? We tend to think that our characteristics are permanent and hear people talk about themselves as one type of person or another, not realizing we are all capable of shifting into a different consciousness or ways of being in this world. It’s about becoming conscious of who you are, how you think and perceive, and then making the actual effort to shift your perspectives.

Half-Empty or Half-Full

Here is one old analogy perspective of whether the glass of water is half empty or half full.  We know that each of us can perceive the glass of water differently. When we can take a moment and notice our thoughts and feelings we can then discover from which position we are engaged in.

Are you in the half-empty glass of water consciousness, which is the lack of wanting tGratitude-Todayhe other half of what is not there and perhaps having feelings of entitlement and expectations? Or, are you perceiving the glass half-full, where we feel fullness and gratitude for what we do have and count our blessings, which is the half of a glass of water instead of nothing?
At this stage, we can seek more of what we desire from fullness instead of lack. This creates more abundance on all levels of what you want to bring into your life’s experience. Energetically, one cannot create abundance when feeling the energy of lack.

One simple and amazing practice you can begin with is to become uber aware of how your subconscious or conscious thinking is playing out.  Notice if your glass is half empty or half full in your thought and feeling process.

When we can become more aware of how our thoughts are creating our feelings we can then make the effort to change our perspectives. When we change our perspectives mentally, this also changes our Mental,emotional,physicalemotional feelings, which eventually will express themselves on a physical aspect, as all are connected. This is why thoughts and feelings of Gratitude can make a huge difference on every level and aspect of your life.
